Diplomatic Specialist Cerin-1 is the Dominion's representative to the Alpha Quadrant. The product of a highly experimental and innovative method of training, Cerin has, unlike most Vorta of her class and rank, had the privilege of learning all she knows directly from the Voice of the Link once known as Odo. The unorthodox nature of her creation and education brought no small amount of controversy within the Dominion when it was brought to light, but its merits were made clear in time, and she is now honored as one of the best in her class.
Her work has brought forth a new age of cooperation and coexistence between the Dominion and those on the other side of Morama'Idran, and her faith and dedication continue to bring honor to those she serves.
